What Should You Consider When Booking Conference Rooms in Berlin?

Whether you’re planning a small team meeting or a conference with over a thousand participants, we flexibly adapt to your event. Ten different-sized rooms are available in the heritage-listed Warehouse 1. In addition to 8 workshop rooms, the two halls on the upper floor of the building can be used as the main stage of your event or for an after-work party.

The furnishing with furniture is done according to your ideas. As seating, we recommend the classic U-shape (for presentations and lectures), the block table (for internal meetings), or row seating (for conferences) for our conference rooms in Berlin. If you need additional equipment for your conference, flip charts, projectors, etc., are available.

For How Many Participants Can a Conference Room in Central Berlin Be Booked?

Our variably usable workshop rooms are barrier-free and accessible through a spacious foyer on the ground floor. With sizes between 30 and 60 m², our conference rooms in Berlin convey exactly the atmosphere you need for your event. Conduct confidential meetings in small groups or creative exchanges in large groups.

Depending on the seating arrangement, up to 65 people can be accommodated. On request, we can expand the room size to up to 200 m² and a capacity of 250 people.

Planning an exceptionally large event? In the bright, light-flooded halls on the upper floor of the building, up to 1,200 people can be accommodated. Trendy industrial style combined with modern flair creates the perfect ambiance for product presentations, conferences, and meetings.

Stage your presentation appropriately: Our conference location is equipped with state-of-the-art media, lighting, and sound technology, as well as the latest conference and meeting technology. These include a symmetrical gigabit connection, connections for fiber optic and CAT cables, as well as projectors, laptops, and displays.

Your conference rooms in Berlin are conveniently located in the Mitte district, close to the trade fair and government district. Due to the convenient transport connections, you can easily travel by the means of transport of your choice – by car via the “Beusselstraße” junction or by S- or U-Bahn via the “Westhafen” or “Beusselstraße” stations. Renting a conference room at an excellent price-performance ratio? We make it possible! Our conference rooms in Berlin are available for rent starting at 1,175 EUR per day. This flat rate includes costs for air conditioning, heating, and water. We charge electricity consumption at 0.75 EUR per kWh.

Do you wish for additional support during your event? We are happy to provide you with a project manager (600 EUR/day) or a technical manager (750 EUR/day).
