Ten different-sized rooms are available in the heritage-listed Warehouse 1. In addition to 8 workshop rooms, the two halls on the upper floor of the building can be used as the main stage of your event or for an after-work party.
Set up and furnishings will be done according to your ideas. For seating, we recommend the classic U-shape (for presentations and lectures), the block table (for internal meetings), or row seating (for conferences) for our conference rooms in Berlin. If you need additional equipment for your conference, flip charts, projectors, etc., are available.
Flexible Meeting Rooms in central Berlin: From 100 to 1,200 Participants
Customize our versatile meeting rooms to suit your needs. While the bright, sunlit halls on the upper floor can accommodate up to 1,200 people, you can retreat to our seminar rooms for confidential meetings in a small group or conduct creative workshops.
Depending on the seating arrangement, our workshop rooms (link to the workshop room page), ranging in size from 30 to 60 square meters, can accommodate up to 65 people. If needed, we can expand the room size to up to 200 square meters, accommodating up to 250 participants. The rooms are accessible via a spacious foyer on the ground floor.
To help you and your team work with focus, our rooms are equipped with large windows that allow plenty of natural light and have excellent ventilation, enhancing concentration and productivity. A trendy industrial style combined with a modern flair creates the perfect setting for product presentations, conferences, and meetings of all kinds.

Your conference rooms in Berlin are conveniently located in the Mitte district, close to the trade fair and government district. Due to the convenient transport connections, you can easily travel by the means of transport of your choice – by car via the “Beusselstraße” junction or by S- or U-Bahn via the “Westhafen” or “Beusselstraße” stations. From the main train station to your conference room in Berlin, it takes about 15 minutes, and the journey from Berlin-Brandenburg Airport takes about 45 minutes.

Renting a conference room at an excellent price-performance ratio? We make it possible! Our conference rooms in Berlin are available for rent starting at 1,175 EUR per day. This flat rate includes costs for air conditioning, heating, and water. We charge electricity consumption at 0.75 EUR per kWh.
Do you need additional support during your event? We are happy to provide you with a project manager (600 EUR/day) or a technical manager (750 EUR/day).
