Executive Chef Holger König has been established in upscale gastronomy for many years. Before his switch to fine dining catering, he was the head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Vau in Berlin and Chef de Partie at the five-star spa hotel Jagdhof in the Stubai Valley. He is supported by Stefan Winter as sous-chef and top chef patissier. You can rely on them and the entire team when it comes to enhancing extraordinary event experiences with culinary art.
